Looks like Barry is extending his welfare state overseas, so that even communist leaning states can be bankrolled by those evil US entrepreneurs, who have driven the US success story more than any politician (which is the way the Founders of the US intended, limiting government functions to setting the conditions for private freedom and economic growth). One day Atlas will shrug and Father Barry , the narcissist, can use his rhetorical flourish to try to feed his masses.
